Vendor News & Training Portal

  • One-stop-shop for news and information about ADUSA companies
  • Vendors registered for the Vendor News Portal receive. communications from ADUSA companies, including a monthly update sent the third week of each month.
  • Login required. To register, click "Request Access" and complete a short form. Access is granted instantly.

 

Finance Customer Solutions Center (CSC) Portal

 

Finance Customer Solutions Center (CSC) Portal

  • Online resource for accounts payable and accounts receivable information and inquiries
  • Vendors can view remittance information through the portal or open a case to solve an issue or discrepancy
  • Login required. To request access to the portal, contact the CSC at 866-366-3386. Login information is the same as you use for Vendor Inbound Compliance Portal and the Product Master Data Management System.
  • Note: The CSC portal is sometimes referred to Sometimes referred to as AFS portal

 

Vendor Master Data Management (VMDM) System

 

Vendor Master Data Management (VMDM) System

  • Single source repository of all vendor data for all ADUSA companies. 
  • All vendor data – including billing information – must be maintained by the vendor in this system. Please update your records at least quarterly. 
  • Login required. If you are new to VMDM and/or have not logged in yet, fill out the VMDM Access Request form here.
  • Please note that vendors who have already registered for the Product Master Data Management System can use their username and password to log into the Vendor Master Data Management System and skip the provisioning process.

  • The PMDM system is a web-based application for entering new item details and updating existing item information.  
  • Login required. For help accessing the system, email rbs_pmdmsupport@retailbusinessservices.com.  
  • Login information is the same as you use for the Finance Customer Solutions Center Portal and the Vendor Inbound Compliance Portal.

  • The ADvantage program includes more than 200 consumer packaged goods (CPG) suppliers partnering with Ahold Delhaize USA companies to innovate supply chain management practices.
