CHICAGO, IL. – Peapod Digital Labs, the digital and eCommerce engine of Ahold Delhaize USA, and their consumer-facing company, Peapod.com, have both been recognized as a Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality, receiving a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index.

Peapod Digital Labs and Peapod both earned a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality. The Corporate Equality Index rates companies and top companies on detailed criteria falling under five broad categories including non-discrimination policies, employment benefits, demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion, public commitment to LGBTQ equality, and responsible citizenship.
